No smoking, no alcohol
Smoking, drinking and carrying alcohol are all prohibited anywhere on the premises, rooms included. Breaking this can end your stay immediately, without a refund.
The five that matter most
These are the ones guests ask about, and the ones we cannot bend on.
Two guests per room, and no visitors upstairs
Maximum occupancy is two. Anyone coming to see you is welcome to meet you at reception, but unregistered visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms.
Photo ID for every guest
A clear, valid government photo ID with a recent photograph, for each guest, at check-in. We cannot give you a room without it. Foreign nationals should carry a passport and visa.
Check in and out at any hour
There is no fixed noon check-out. Your tariff runs 24 hours from the time you arrive, and the desk is staffed all night, subject to a room being free.
Keep it quiet
No loud music, parties or gatherings. The rooms are close together and sound carries, so please keep the volume down for the guest next door.
Nothing but water in the commode
Dustbins are provided in every bathroom. Please do not flush tissues, sanitary items or any other waste — the drains block easily.
The rest of it, plainly
After 11 p.m.
The main door is closed at eleven for security. Guests are asked to finish their outings and place any food orders before then. A late arrival is still fine — ring ahead and someone will let you in.
Conduct and property
Please treat the staff, the other guests and the building with respect. Any damage to hotel property is charged to the guest responsible, at the cost of repair or replacement.
Safety and security
Only registered guests may use the hotel's facilities. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a stay in the case of suspicious, unlawful or disruptive behaviour. Fire extinguishers are kept in a recess on every landing, and the stairwell is the way out of the building.
Complying with the law
All guests must follow applicable law and local regulations during their stay. Any illegal activity detected or reported on the premises is passed straight to the authorities.
Your belongings
Please look after your own valuables, cash, documents and devices. Anything found in a room is kept at reception — call 78001 51305 as soon as you notice something missing.
Parking, food and Wi-Fi
There is space in the gated forecourt for cars and two-wheelers, first come first served. There is no kitchen on site, but delivery to the hotel works well if you order before eleven. For Wi-Fi, scan the QR code on the card in your room.
