Reservation and confirmation
All bookings are subject to room availability and to confirmation by the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion, in accordance with applicable law.

Payment
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking or at check-in. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before check-out.

Check-in requirements
Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo identification document at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation if valid identification is not produced.

Occupancy
Accommodation is limited to the number of guests declared at the time of booking, to a maximum of two guests per room. Additional guests, visitors or occupants may be charged extra or denied access as per hotel policy.

Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation, modification and no-show charges are governed by the booking policy applicable to your reservation. Any such charges remain payable by the guest.

Visitors
The hotel reserves the right to regulate visitor access for security and operational reasons. Visitors may be required to provide valid identification before being granted entry, and are received at reception only.

Damage to property
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, theft or destruction caused to hotel property by themselves, their visitors or accompanying persons. The hotel may recover the cost of repair, replacement, cleaning or restoration from the guest.

Prohibited activities
Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, gambling, nuisance, public disturbance, prostitution, or any activity contrary to law are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in such cases.

Guest belongings
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, valuables, cash, documents and electronic devices. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where required by law.

Right of admission
The hotel reserves the right of admission and may refuse accommodation or discontinue services to any person whose conduct is considered inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, or detrimental to the safety, comfort or reputation of the hotel.

Force majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, power failure, strikes, pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of liability
Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hotel's liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the stay.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to a stay, booking or service provided by the hotel is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Acceptance of these terms
By making a reservation, checking in, or using hotel services, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and to the house rules.
